As a fellow superwoman, I know what it feels like to have expectations (often self-inflicted) of perfection and the need to do it all.

When we try to do it all for everyone else, we often have nothing left for ourselves. The result is low performance, exhaustion, strained relationships, and an overall feeling of “When do I get a turn?”
