On New Year's Eve, three years ago, my cat became gravely ill and I made the gut wrenching decision to put her down. It's sort of amazing to think about it now. As I type this, tears well up in my eyes and I feel the same emotion I did on that day. I miss Bella so dearly, I think of her so often, and I can barely get myself to read this post.
